Company information

We love hosting and meeting our Guests from around the country and the world! We are long time Seattleites and have been homeowners in this neighborhood for over 40 years. We love to travel and one of our favorite destinations is Hawaii. We also offer luxury stays on Maui, so please ask if you're interested in visiting the islands. We can offer a great deal at a beautiful condo. In the meantime, we hope you'll consider staying at our cozy spot right here in the Northwest! We have more than one location for stays in Seattle so feel free to message and ask if you need additional accommodations.

Our newly renovated furnished apartment with private entrance is conveniently located in North Seattle, very close to the Ballard, Greenwood, and Northgate neighborhoods, and just a 20 minute drive to Downtown Seattle. A large supermarket is within walking distance. We have all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home: Full kitchen stocked with cooking supplies and appliances, Bathroom with shower, Cal King bed with Purple mattress, Natural stone countertops, 2 HDTVs, and all-new appliances await. Free off-street parking included (for one vehicle). Distance to various locations from our Cozy 1-Bedroom Apartment: Greenwood is 1.3 mi (2 km) Ballard is 2.7 mi (4.4 km) Northgate is 2.6 mi (4.2 km) SeaTac Airport is 20.6 mi (33.2 km)

Neighbourhood information

Tucked away in north-west Seattle, our quiet location is near the water and is conveniently centrally situated for easy access to I-5 or points north or south! Location is only 3 blocks from a major shopping center with a QFC supermarket and several restaurants. Trailhead to Carkeek Park, a large forested oasis and beach with several walking trails is just a half mile away. Bus line to downtown Seattle is 2 blocks away.
