Comfy apartment, about 500 square feet with a large bedroom and an elegant kitchen. Ideally located in a quiet tree line street in a vibrant neighborhood, with lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores (Trader's Joes 10 minute walking distance) and 2 blocks away from the main lines subways F (to Manhattan, 3 stops) and G (Brooklyn bound). Fully equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, design furniture. We live upstairs and would be happy to help with any requests.
