Relax in this peaceful place. Close to Malibu, Santa Monica, LA, Santa Barbara CLU, and Reagan Presidential Library LAX - 45 mi. BUR Hollywood - 35 mi. Free and Easy parking! The entire 1st-floor guest suite has a private exterior entrance that takes you into the office/ lounge space area. 3 rooms, 1 full bathroom (no tub), small kitchenette with a full fridge, coffee machine, teapot, microwave, skillet, and Airfryer (no stove). Shared laundry room with washer and dryer.
Enjoy meeting and hosting people, learning about different cultures, trying various cuisine, cook. Trying to meet and exceed guests' expectations and, of course, make everyone comfortable and feel "like home". Come and stay with us. We love guests, and definitely give them space. In person or by phone, whichever is preferred by the guest.
Very safe neighborhood. Traveling with kids (Canada Park) is right around the corner. Perfect place to stay if you’re: Driving Highway 1 or 101 Exploring California Coming to Disneyland, Six Flags, KnotsBerry Farm Visiting California Lutheran University students, friends, or family, Come for the weddings, Need a great place to work remotely. Just enjoy a weekend getaway in this serene environment! Canada Park is a 3-5 minute walk and perfect for kids to play on the playground, basketball court, or large grass field. Sunset Hills hiking trail is a short walk from the house and great for seeing beautiful mountains and water reservoir views.
