Very affordable 3BR/2BA just 200 yards from the private gated beach access! You do not have to cross a highway to get to the beach! Low monthly winter rates are available for 2200.00 per month plus fees and taxes from October through February. This quiet and relaxing condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a balcony with views of the pool. The master bedroom has a king bed, the first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has two twin over twin bunk beds. This condo easily sleeps 8 people. *Please note that there is no elevator. This room is located on the third floor with no room above you or directly beside you. It is located in a 3 story newly renovated low rise condo. Relax in the pool area on the tanning deck, have a fun family meal in the picnic area after grilling, stroll down to play in the sand at the beach, or head out to explore all the great activities Destin has to offer. You are centrally located in the heart of Destin. Walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, Pizza Hut, Mellow Mushroom, Chic-Fil-A, Blacklock Seafood Market, and the Pancakery! 5 min walk to Big Kahunas Waterpark- full of great splashing fun for the kids Under 4 miles to Destin Commons, Harborwalk Village, and Crab Island. *2 beach chairs and 8 beach towels are provided with this rental * PACK N PLAY AND HIGH CHAIR ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST *St. Martin Beachwalk Villas requires parking pass registration on their website for a fee of 20 per pass, 3 vehicles max. This property is privately managed by the owners; not a large management company. We do our best to make everyone's experience with us great by providing a very clean and comfortable condo. We always leave a little something for our guests to make their stay with us more memorable. If you are coming in for a special occasion, please let us know. We would be more than happy to help you surprise your loved one. We also try to keep things in the condo you will need. 2 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, a beach bag, and board games for a rainy day! 200 yards to private deeded beach access- (you do not have to cross a busy highway to get to the beach) 5 min walk to Big Kahunas Waterpark Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. Harborwalk Village is located on Destin Harbor. Activities include paddleboard, kayak, pontoon, and jet ski rentals. As well as parasailing, glass- bottom boat tours, world class fishing trips, pirate ship excursions, and dolphin cruises. Harborwalk Village also hosts live music, weekly firework shows, themed events and more. Kids will love the Adventure Zone. There are also several restaurants and shops along the village. Crab Island A submerged sandbar in the Bay, Its like a four- acre swimming pool where visitors can wade, play, and relax. Under 8 miles to Silver Sands Outlet Mall- boasts over 110 premium outlet stores.
