These apartments are located at South of Fifth, also known as “SoFi,” is the area that is located south of 5th Street in South Beach. South of Fifth is widely recognized as one of the most affluent areas in all of Miami Beach offering a beautiful white sandy beach, a long list of 5-star restaurants, delicious juice cafes, a vast waterfront park, and a marina. South Pointe Park is a 17-acre park featuring beach access, a walking & biking trail, a kid’s playground with water features, extensive green space, and a pier for fishing.
