A relaxing and tranquil property that backs to a pleasant coastal creek lined with Eucalyptus trees will invite you to a simpler and slower pace of life!

Neighborhood info

This property is located at Coastal Creek Mobile home park. We purchased the park and have been working diligently to remove all the old homes and bring in brand new units to create a Tiny home village feel that welcomes everyone to the beautiful San Luis Obispo Region. The property is conveniently located close to downtown, parks galore and easy access to the beach!
