Welcome to our 4-bedroom single-family home in Tampa FL. Centrally located, enjoy the restaurants and nightlife Ybor City has to offer just minutes away. Sleep a medium-sized group with our 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Large living room with TV for group entertaining. Perfect for people traveling to Tampa for work, vacation, or exploring the city. Well priced to be a high value. On-site parking in the driveway. Washer and Dryer. Professionally managed. Well-sized 4 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. Can Sleep 8 in beds First Room: Full Bed (2 people) Second Room: King Bed (2 people) Third Room: Full Bed (2 people) Fourth Room: Queen Bed (2 people) - Parking: 2-3 cars in the driveway, 1-2 on street - TV: 55" Smart TV, with all of the Apps you would expect, Hulu, Netflix, etc. - Washer and dryer in the unit. - Central air - New Kitchen with granite countertops and appliances. - Large entertainment room. - Backyard is off limits temporarily until is thoroughly cleaned out. There is an electronic lock.
