Failure to provide valid ID meeting all requirements will RESULT in VOIDING your booking. VERY IMPORTANT #2: We send house rules immediately after confirming a reservation. You must read them, agree to them, and adhere to the rules at all times! If you disagree with the rules, we allow a 24 hour post booking cancellation free of charge given the reservation was at least 48 hours prior to check-in! Complete with ocean views; 9 total beds; an enormous private fenced-in yard with firepit & BBQ; a front yard with ocean views; a backyard deck/patio; sun loungers & outdoor furniture; yard games; smart TVs; 2 gorgeous stone fireplaces; & much more! This spectacular property is as central as you can get for a single family private home that includes an enormous private yard, huge decks/patios, firepit, BBQ, 2 stone fireplaces, & ocean views! As such, this property is a rare find & books quick! This cozy home includes 1 King & 4 Q beds among 9 total beds; 2 gorgeous stone fireplaces; & smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms & living room! The yard comes complete with an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels, a fire pit, & outdoor yard games! Note: Please see attached floor plans within the photos for a better understanding of the layout & room sizes since the layout is different than a typical home! In particular, 1) you must walk through the second bedroom to get access to the fourth bedroom 2) one of the bathrooms is very small & 3) one of the bedrooms is very small! Complete with 360 virtual tour & floorplans upon booking to help prepare for your trip! We are confident that this virtual tour alongside the floor plan photos within our listing will help you prepare for your trip! A relaxing escape awaits you in coastal Myrtle Beach with its 10 miles of serene beaches, recreation along the Intracoastal Waterway, world-class golfing, fresh seafood, over 1900 restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, & family-friendly attractions! The home is less than a 2 min walk (only 500 feet) from a stunning beach and the world famous boardwalk! Forget something? You are less than 1000 ft (3 min walk) to Camilla’s Brazilian Bakery, Meat, & Grocery! You are also less than a 5 minute walk (less than 0.2 miles) from the nearest convenience store - Cash Grocery & Gift Shop! Furthermore, you are a 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) to Hong Kong Super Market! You can’t beat that for convenience!
