Great beach studio apartment, only 2 blocks to the sand. Amazing bathroom. Cool breezes. Central A/C although you probably won't need it. Private entrance & kitchen. Lots of storage. Outside grill. Easy walk to one of the world's most famous and beautiful beaches. Free shuttle to town. Shared, free washer & dryer. Open-air kitchen. Minimum 30 nights rental. 220v outlet for charging car. Professionally managed by Jason at VogelRealty in DC.
I love to travel and often stay in Airbnb houses around the world. I did much of my travel as a documentary filmmaker for The Discovery Channel and HGTV. Now I love life in Laguna Beach, where enjoy paddle boarding, snorkeling and hiking. My wife and I just celebrated 30 years of marriage and raising 4 kids. Owners live on the property (although you probably won't see them unless you want them.)
Amazing neighborhood where you can walk to beaches famous for surfing, snorkeling and soaking up the sun. Walk to town or take the free shuttle. Close by streets have wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, gyms, yoga studios, and bars. Take the free shuttle or walk to most places you'd want. Easy drive to grocery stores, hair salons, spas, and all services.
