Retreat or relax after an exciting day-trip hiking or biking the Bluffs, in this 1-bedroom house, located on the southside of La Crosse. This quiet neighborhood is walking distance from a grocery store, coffee shop, and other small businesses. A short commute via car or bike opens opportunities to explore the downtown area and river with all its recreational experiences. Gundersen and Mayo Healthcare Systems, and the universities of UW-LaCrosse, Viterbo, and Western Tech, are minutes away.

Driving distance from several recreational opportunities, such as hiking/biking the bluffs or enjoying the day on the river via kayak or relaxing on the La Crosse Queen. Minutes away from two major healthcare systems (Gundersen and Mayo) and three universities (UW-La Crosse, Viterbo, and Western Technical). Parking is offered onsite in either a one-vehicle garage or on the street. The corner lot makes it convenient multiple vehicle access.
