Cute 1 bedroom guest house with large backyard in the Chico Avenues which is a nice quite neighborhood walking distance to downtown and Chico State.

Quite area located in the avenues of Chico Walking is the easiest way to get to downtown but if you decide to drive it is only a few minutes away.
