This two-story, 1,177-square-foot, open-concept, oceanfront condo features floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides so you can enjoy every sunrise and sunset. There are two private balconies with ocean and bay views, recent renovations, water views from both bedrooms, free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, central AC, and parking for one car. This oceanfront condominium building is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and attractions that include Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, the Ocean City Public Library, and much more. On the grounds, you'll have access to an oceanfront sun deck, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an elevator. <b>Things to Know</b> A non-refundable 50 dollars building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is 10 dollars a night or 70 dollars a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31.
