Welcome to our remodeled two bedroom upstairs condo is conveniently located within in the heart of Little Italy. - a quick drive to the major attractions of San Diego and we are one block off the main strip of Little Italy, just mere steps to plenty of shops and restaurants right outside your front door. We know how frustrating it can be to find parking in the city, so we're offering free parking for our guests. You will have a designated driveway parking space for up to two cars! Updated with new beautiful faux wood flooring, beautiful accent accessories, a comfortable couch, lounge chair and accent chair. There is also a ceiling fan, a split-type air conditioning unit, coffee table and Roku TV. The TV does not have cable, but is able to stream all your favorite apps via WiFi and your personal login. The tiled kitchen is accompanied by beautiful white shaker cabinets, an open pantry, open wooden shelving, plus all the items required to cook a family meal! Additionally, there is a dining table for four, plus plates, cups and cutlery to match. Directly off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Home to an expansive king-sized bed and beautiful area rug, there is storage, including night stands, a sliding closet and dresser. Plus, there is a ceiling fan and split-type air conditioning unit. The second bedroom holds two twin beds, a small dresser doubling as a night stand, ceiling fan and split-type air condition unit. There is assigned parking for up to two cars on the west side of the building up a slightly steep incline drive way before leveling out. Please park ONLY on the RIGHT side of the inclined driveway to not block the other guests. Note: Please be aware that the entire area is directly in the flight path for the San Diego Airport. There are planes landing throughout the day, including three to five during the night from 11 PM to 5:30 AM, before the regular routes pick back up at 6 AM. ***Unit has triple-pane windows

Commute time to anywhere in San Diego is about 20 minutes via Uber or Lyft and there is one driveway parking space available for guests.
