Located on the south side of town, you'll be conveniently close to restaurants and other businesses. The cherry on top is that beach access is only one mile from your front door! With a unique round interior, this home is perched on a small hill and is a prime place to enjoy views of the ocean and the end of the Nestucca River. Around town you will find plenty of activities to keep you entertained, including horseback rides on the beach and hang gliding lessons. If you want, you can drive 30 minutes south to Lincoln City or 35 minutes north to Tillamook for even more exciting options. On the lower level of this home are a living area, a kitchenette, a laundry area, and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed) are also on the ground floor. With living spaces on the main floor, this home is perfect for everyone.
