Property information

Our townhome, with its open kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and warm living space is perfect for families and groups of all ages. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the nearby mountains or gather around the fireplace or in the hot tub after an enjoyable day of skiing, biking, hiking, or exploring. This breathtaking mountain region has a little something for everyone. Located in historic Wasatch county near Park City, Heber City, and the Jordanelle Reservoir. This beautiful townhome has room for the whole family. There are two ways to enter the home. If entering through the front door, you will be welcomed to our entry way and see the stairs to the second floor. Please remove your shoes. If entering from the garage, you will see the bunk room on your left (eight twin bunks) and to the right, the stairs leading to the second floor. On the first floor there is also a locked owners closet, a small closet for guests, and the garage that has shelving, snow toys, ski/snowboard racks, and a boot warmer rack. The bunk room has a door leading to the hot tub and backyard area. There is a 2-car garage and the driveway can fit 1-2 cars as well. The front door has a smart lock and the code will be provided on the day of check-in. The community center is located at: 13315 Alexis Dr, Kamas, UT 84036. There is a pool, exercise rooms, jacuzzi, games, and large screen entertainment rooms. 4WD or AWD vehicles are HIGHLY recommended in the winter. There may be outdoor furniture covered upon your check-in. We keep this furniture covered for guest satisfaction, no one likes sitting on a wet or dirty cushion! Please feel free to remove the covers should you want to use these items and our team will re-cover them. The covers are not meant to keep guests out.

Neighbourhood information

The home is located within the Retreat at Jordanelle subdivision. Just a short 10 minute drive from Park City, our home maximizes convenience while also providing a private getaway large enough for any group or family. Rental car is highly recommended, but public transportation (shuttles), Uber and Lyft are also available but less reliable.
