-The private heated pool usage will require a separate charge at US$50 a day and need notification in advance as it takes 12-24 hours to get the pool heated.

-Payment before arrival by bank transfer or credit card is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions.

-Pet is subject to approval by host. Once approved, the charge is $50 per pet per stay. If pets are found on premise without prior approval from host, there is a charge of $500 per pet.

-BBQ grille: Available for rent at $100 per use. That’s inclusive of the cost of propane gas and deep cleaning afterwards. Please request prior to check-in date to allow time to set up.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of US$200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
