Moreover, the attached garage is ideally suited for a compact to mid-size car and comes with a remote and a level 2 electric vehicle charger. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, drinkware, regular and decaf coffee beans, assorted teas, some spices, cooking oil, and condiments. Known for its rich cultural diversity, the neighborhood serves as a melting pot where people from various social classes and backgrounds come together, resulting in a harmonious blend of different cultures. One of the notable features of the district is Dimond Park, which adds to the neighborhood's charm. Annually, in October, the neighborhood hosts Oaktoberfest, a lively event that pays homage to its German heritage.
