Property information

Blue Dolphin Condominium building is under construction/renovation. Unit 301 is safe and ready for you to enjoy our beautiful beach and views of the Gulf of Mexico. We apologize for the inconvenience, as there will be workers on site, and there may be debris and additional noise. We realize this is not ideal, but if you rent with us now, you will enjoy preferred pricing this year and next. Our building will be beautiful, and all construction is expected to be completed by August 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please call your Vacasa local team. Welcome to this spacious and vibrant condo in Fort Walton Beach. This condo is ideal for small groups and is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. The private balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Be sure to take advantage of the shared pool and beach access for guests to relax in the Florida sun. When you return home for the day, the well-appointed kitchen is ready for use and includes stainless steel appliances and all the necessary gadgets. After dinner, gather in the living room for some rest and quality time during a movie.
