Spacious one bedroom apartment Wheelchair accessible Pets (with legs:) welcomed with arrangements Separate entrance, attached to the main house in an upscale safe area Private bedroom with comfortable high-end medium firm queen size mattress, a bistro table and a TV Large living/dining room with sofa bed and kitchenette Flexible pricing for extended stays Private patio with gas grill and furniture. Street parking is free, please do not park on the drive way Close to a park with bike paths for a 15 minutes ride to downtown
You will feel at home in the quiet and safe Willowbank area of east Davis. Just across the Mace Blvd is the El Macero golf course. The Putah creek park is 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment and offers great trails for hiking and biking. The wetlands between Davis and Sacramento are 20 minutes away by bike and offer great opportunities for birdwatching and hiking. There is ample free street parking, please do NOT park on the drive way.
