Beautiful home with airy 10 ft ceilings, quirky decor inspired by the wildlife of the Smokies, and gorgeous mountain views from its large private lot in the Chalet Village in Gatlinburg. With 4 king suites, each with its private full bath and multiple common areas, relax together with family or friends with the best that the Smokies has to offer. Enjoy the views of the Smoky Mountains from the decks, sit around the fire pit in the yard, relax in one of the living rooms with musical instruments, games, TV with premium cable, or a good book, soak in the hot tub on the screened-in porch, play a game of pool, or sit by the wood fireplace in the winter. Access to three clubhouses with swimming pools and tennis courts in summer. Close to skiing in the winter at Ober Gatlinburg as well as a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. - Secluded location while close to both downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg - Large private lot, surrounded by wooded areas, with a yard with fire pit and plenty of flat space for the outdoor games provided - Uniquely designed chalet with three floors, two decks, and two screened-in porches, one of them with an outdoor hot tub - Magnificent views of the Smoky Mountains from the decks - Quirky decor with murals inspired by the wildlife of the Smokies - All king suites, comfortably furnished and with full private baths - Three large indoor common spaces: first-floor with sofa, musical instruments (guitar, banjo, and two ukuleles), TV, and pool table; second-floor living room with fireplace, TV, sofa, and recliners; dining area with seating for 8 and breakfast bar for 4 - Wood-burning fireplace in the living room with firewood included, as well as a gas fireplace in the upstairs master suite - Open and social high-end kitchen with granite countertops and all appliances you need
We're a couple who love to travel and in particular, to visit the Smoky Mountains. We are most at home where we have access to the great outdoors – whether hiking, skiing, or otherwise enjoying both new and familiar places. We're just average folks who enjoy relaxing between the hectic days of work and would like to share our vacation home experience with others. We both love the mountains and opportunities to meet up with family and friends in relaxing environments. We also have very high standards when it comes to craftsmanship – both in buildings and amenities. In this chalet, we saw a very well-maintained vacation home on a beautiful private plot that would allow us to bring together family and friends for vacations and weekends in an amazing property with large bedrooms for everyone and a good dose of charm. This cabin offers large open spaces for friends and family while still offering privacy with amazing views. Whether it's a girls' weekend away, a guys' poker night, or a family get-together, this property works for all.
Very private and quiet, with a large private plot surrounded by wooded areas. The home is on the mountain with gorgeous views and a secluded feel, yet it is very conveniently located. Access to the three clubhouses of Chalet Village. Just 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg & National Park, 7 minutes to ski slopes and activities at Ober Gatlinburg, and 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood & The Island.
