This beautiful luxury house is located in a peaceful neighborhood in San Antonio, right behind Lackland AFB and minutes from Sea World. It includes a master suite, a game room loft, 3 TVs (living, suite & game loft), covered patio with furniture & BBQ grill. Game room includes a pool table, arcade & games. There is cables & wireless internet throughout the house. It’s remodeled with wood & tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms. You can freely use the park and basketball court. This 1800sqf house includes beds for 12 people plus a queen air mattress which is very comfortable so it can sleep a total of 14 people. It includes everything you need. Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels (Plus more TVs in the game room and the suite), Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house has a game room with Foosball pool, game arcade, games and more. House also includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and BBQ, under a covered patio. I can assure you will love it! - House is 100% non-smoking. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep. - Pool will be closed from November 15th until March 1st. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - If you wish for a late check out, there will be a charge per hour (You will need to get landlord's approval first)

The house is very close to shopping and dinning. Located right behind Lackland Air Force Base and Seaworld (about 5 minutes drive) There is a Super Wall-Mart around the corner for your shopping needs. 10 minutes drive to Downtown, Ingram Park shopping mall. 20 minutes drive to Airport, Fiesta Texas - Sixflags, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens. Great location!
