With 10-Years Experience as a Short-Term Vacation Rental with hundreds of 5-Star Reviews, and nestled in a well established neighborhood, located only one block north of the 12th Street Light Rail Station; the Phoenix Convention Center, Chase Field, Footprint Center for Business and Sports Events are only minutes away. Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with a Park-Like backyard that includes two patios and lots of seating; allows guest to enjoy outdoor living. Our home uses Keyless Entry providing Self Check In to all guests. We enjoy keeping in contact prior to arrival, providing detailed check-in instructions, and meeting our quests upon arrival if requested. However if time does not allow or our guests prefer Self Check In, we are always available by phone, text or email and eager to provide information that will help make the stay a memorable one. With years of experience, we have learned how to create a home away from home.
Roland is an Integrative and Holistic Health Practitioner and Clinical Nutritionist practicing in the greater Phoenix area. Danny is a Massage Therapist practicing in Goodyear Arizona. We both moved from Sacramento California in 2005 to enjoy more outdoor activity and the endless sunshine of Arizona. We have been hosting our vacation rental since 2013.
The neighborhood is usually very quiet. A comfortable easy 15 minute walk to downtown Phoenix including the Phoenix Convention center, or 1 stop, 3 minute ride on the light rail at 12th Street and Washington which is a block south of our property and runs every 12 minutes. Sky Train can take you to and from the Sky Harbour Airport to 44th Street Light Rail Station in 5 minutes, and then city light rail can take guests from 44th Street Station to 12th Street Station in 15 minutes. With the City Light Rail located one block south of the home, it can take guest to downtown Phoenix events or the Phoenix Convention Center in one stop.
