Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. The house is at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. You can also go for a beautiful hike along the Deer Creek on the Tribute Trail, right from our door. The house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. The living room and back porch are great for hosting and enjoying quality time. Small well trained pets are allowed after discussion.
We're a loving family from California. We travel often and enjoy AirBnB's convenience. You will have the entire main house to your self. We will not interact with you unless you need something. Feel free to write us. We provide our mobile numbers with checking in instructions.
You will be in the heart of historic Victorian district of downtown Nevada city. Just few minutes walking to the restaurants, shops, cafes, bars etc. Lovely farmers market every Saturday morning in downtown. We recommend to make reservations to restaurants. We are happy to provide tips. Parking for one vehicle in driveway or on the street in-front of the house. Our driveway is very narrow but fits regular car or suv. Street parking always available and safe. You wouldn’t need to get in your car after you check in. Everything is walking distance. Unless you go to the river which is about 15 minutes drive. Several spots. Edwards crossing or 49 bridge.
