Relax and unwind at our newly renovated art deco inspired - 1 bedrm with queen size bed and 1 full bathrm, smart Tv's, wifi, complimentary coffee, fully stocked kitchen w/ pots pans etc, washer/dryer in unit for use, 5 mins to I-76, 2 mins from Mercy Phila Hospital, 16 mins to the Rocky statue and Art Museums. A short 20 mins to center city Philadelphia. Located in West Phila close to Bookers Rest&bar and many other great restaurants. Walking distance to wine and spirits store and food co op
Both Host are available for contact if needed please feel free to reach out with any questions. NOTE­ There are fire extinguisher in every hall way and under the kitchen sink, in case of emergency call 911. There flash lights batteries and a first kit in the unit as well.
