We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. Neighbourhood information

South Jax Beach is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The community is comprised of long-term residents, recently relocated families, and short-term rentals. This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. Whole Foods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 10-minute drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife. We are thankful for the community to welcome vacationers and ask that you and your group respect the community. We are excited to host you! Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use. Bike and scooter rentals are also available! Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 5 minutes to the sand!
