Nestled in a residential area in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, enjoy all the comforts of home and benefits of living in Seattle whether you're here to explore, work or play. Walk to parks, playgrounds, bakeries, coffee and local meat and seafood shops as well as bus lines connecting you to the city center and Northgate transit station which connects to the SEA-TAC airport. Minutes from local beaches like Golden Gardens and Carkeek park.

Urban residential neighborhood with homes set close together. Many on this block have lived here for decades and many have children. Walking distance to Loyal Heights playground and playfields and Salmon Bay Playground. A long walk (1-2 miles) or short bus ride gets you to the commercial areas of Ballard featuring restaurants, local shops, bars and breweries, museums and the Ballard Locks. Parking for one car in the driveway and free street parking available. If you have a larger vehicle like a full size pick up, the driveway will be too narrow and you may park on the street. You shouldn’t have a problem finding a street spot on the block. Walkable to the 40 bus route (3 blocks) which provides access to Ballard, Fremont and downtown to the south and Northgate transit center to the north. 8 blocks to the D bus route which connects to the Seattle Center and downtown.
