Welcome to the Baars St. Bungalow! Conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola near historic East Hill and Downtown Pensacola. This charming 1950s cottage is the perfect home for your next trip to the area. This home is situated in a quiet family neighborhood and is close to several parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and food trucks. Also, Pensacola Beach is only about 20 minutes away! You will love all of the beautiful oak trees and scenery around East Hill. This home is situated on a private lot with plenty of room for the kids. Enjoy all the amenities of home with the whole place to yourself. With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this cottage will comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. There is a non refundable $50 pet fee for each dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of dogs. Any dogs on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay. This home is also ideal for business travelers with free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and an in-home washer and dryer. 3 BR / 1.5 BA / Sleeps 7 *Note -
