This amazing Alameda Victorian Penthouse has AT&T INTERNET 1000 (FIBER 1 GIG) HIGH SPEED for guest who want to work at home. Its 2 blocks from Park St. the City center with over 40 different restaurants, a easy walk for dinner. Its 4 blocks to Crown beach. It has Air condition, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. This Penthouse has been fully remodeled while leaving the unique architecture from 1889. Its a 10 minute drive to the Alameda ferry station on Main St. to San Francisco. This 1889 Victorian building is an historic building for the city of Alameda, CA. It has been remodeled on the inside with modern appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen, dishwasher, bathrooms remodeled. In the penthouse on the 3rd floor I kept the 1889 architecture, old brick chimney and added straight grain redwood to the ceiling and repaired the old redwood deck where the views are beautiful as you look towards the beach just 4 blocks away.
I graduate from San Francisco State University. I enjoy interior design. I bought this old Victorian building in 2003 and began remodeling it. I work as the manager for a telecommunication company.
The neighborhood has many large Victorian buildings built in the 1800"s. These were lavish homes for the rich. Many of them have now been divided up into apartments, but many still remain single family homes. The house is in the Gold Coast neighborhood of the city which is one of the best neighborhood and have the best schools. Its just 2 blocks from Park St. which is the main city center and has over 40 different restaurants and shops. Its an easy walk to any of these restaurants.
