LOCATION - this modern airy house is located in the center of Malibu, across from Ocean on North side of Pacific Coast Highway, newly remodeled with 3-bedroom and 2-full bathrooms. 1 min driving to Corral Beach. walking to Cameron Natural Preserve hiking trail. Mins to restaurants, markets and malls. King bedroom, Coffee Station, outdoor BBQ and more! PRICING - BEST VALUE in town. The pricing of the entire house is one malibu hotel room. Perfect getaway for Beach and Hiking lovers.

This is a very quiet, and private neighborhood. Please don’t be surprised to see your favorite star :). Nearest Beach is 1 minute driving, walking is dangerous because of crossing PCH, please don't risk. End of street is Cameron Natural Preserve and hiking trail. Mins to restaurants such as Malibu Seafood, Geoffrey's. Mins to markets. Malibu Bluff Park is 1.5 miles away. Cross Creek Shopping Mall is 2.5 miles away, where you can enjoy variety of foods, and market, coffee shops, organic beverages. Civic Center is 2 miles away, where you can enjoy food, super market, banking and post office etc. Whole Food is 2.5 miles away :). In general, minutes away from beach, restaurants, hiking trails, markets and so much more, yet it’s a super private neighborhood. Malibu is 21 miles long, so we recommend a car for getting around. Most beaches offer free parking along PCH. If you are an avid cyclist, there are bike lanes along Pacific Coast Highway.
