Tampering with or unplugging the wifi router (besides to reset it) results to an immediate $100 fee. Please contact host before resetting it.

Please do not change the weekly settings on the thermostat. Please keep heat temperatures between 62 and 76 degrees and AC temperatures between 70-75 degrees. Anything below or above these will result in a $100 fine due to the humidity levels in the house.

FILM CREW/VIDEOGRAPHERS/PRODUCTION CREW - must contact host for permission to film, provide insurance and permits.
