The property offers everything your family needs for a quintessential New England vacation. With 200 feet of sea shore front, the land plot has plenty of space right near the water – about 1 acre of green lawn, great beach, shore front fire pit amphitheater, fantastic stone patio for outside dining, great evergreen botanical garden, collection of Japanese maples that have beautiful leaves changing colors three times during the spring, summer and absolutely spectacular during fall, rosary with a number of David Austin varieties, rhododendron and azalea garden, hydrangeas, apple trees and high bush blueberry gardens, peonies, lavender and much more. Both our custom made houses are designed in the contemporary style with cherry tree furniture and decor. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll watch very closely local birds of many kinds and different animals, including sea animals.
