Newly created, very large & spacious 2 bedroom apartment directly in the Graduate Hospital/Rittenhouse Square area. You’ll find everything needed within a 3-4 minute walk. The apartment boasts amenities and comforts for you to feel right at home while visiting/staying in Philly. 2 private bedrooms full ceramic bathroom, large open kitchen w plenty of pantry space, eat-in dining area, great living room layout for quality family/friends time, W/D, a private side yard space for extra outside time.

Neighbourhood information

There is so much to say about this area so I will give it a shot. First the neighborhood is very safe and convenient. Once you walk out the door you will quickly get a sense of how the family friendly takes over this quaint area. We are also located just one block from Grad Hospital and South Street with everything to do only a 5 min walk away. You have dozens of restaurants, shops, businesses and venues all at your fingertips. There is a basketball park 2 blocks away and jogging takes place everywhere you look too in this area. Rittenhouse Sq the epic-center of chic shopping and good food is only a few blocks straight down 19th Street where we are located.
