PLEASE NOTE: Half of your reservations cost is due up front, and the other half will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 30 days out, the full amount is due up front. After placing your reservation, you will receive a text message asking you to verify your ID. This must be completed or your reservation will be cancelled. This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. :) This property has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This house sleeps 12 max and has Marsh/River views, a shared dock out to Folly River inlets, and a 8’x16’ PRIVATE POOL overlooking it all! Just a short walk to the beach and only 5 blocks to Center Street. An inverted floor plan offers 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, a 4th Bedroom on the 2nd (main) floor, and a 5th suite on the top 3rd floor. Bedroom 1 (1st floor): KING - Cable TV Bedroom 2 (1st floor): KING - Smart TV/Cable Streaming Bedroom 3 (1st floor): 2 TWINS - Smart TV/Cable Streaming Bedroom 4 (main 2nd floor): KING- Smart TV/Cable Streaming Bedroom 5 (top 3rd floor): 2 QUEENS - TV/Cable Living Room (main 2nd floor): TV/Cable During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer & dryer, private outdoor shower w/hot and cold water, charcoal grill, standard coffee maker, ironing board, all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed Check-in time 4PM; Check-out time 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
