The apartment is supplied with nice furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, zoned air conditioner and heat, newer appliances and cabinets and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. All this stuff was recently renovated. The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor in the back of the building facing a quiet back alley. You can feel completely calm and comfortable in this charming one bedroom behind grated windows and a secured fence. This apartment is all yours! Laundry room is shared. This is a small family owned building with only 6 apartments.

Mount Vernon is a national landmark. A cultural and historical neighborhood, still filled with educational, fun, and tasty attractions today. The small family owned building is across the street from the Walters Art Museum and The Mount Vernon Marketplace. We are a 15 minute walk downtown or a few blocks away from the famed educational institutions: The Peabody Conservatory, University of MD, university of Baltimore and MICA.
