Remodeled in 2022, this beautiful 5 bedroom home offers a new kitchen, new appliances, fresh paint inside and out as well as 2 updated bathrooms. We have also added a custom heated pool. We have managed vacation rentals for 15 years and we will provide extras that will make your stay amazing. High end linens, new memory foam mattresses , 3 TVs .The home has all new furniture in 2022 staged by a professional .65 inch TV in LR and full highspeed internet, firepit. Pool room. Come enjoy the beach!
We are close, but also have full time maintenance help as well as pool service . We will not "stop by" or bother our guests
This house has a great location close to all the attractions and VERY close to the beach. We lived in the house for 15 years and it is very quiet. We call this "mid town" because it is the middle of the island. You can also hear the waves most nights crashing on the beach. Full 2 car driveway and corner lot with extra street parking
