Discover our historic Westside home, conveniently located near downtown GR and the lakeshore. Ideal for families and large groups, it offers easy access to live music, entertainment, top-ranked dining, and breathtaking art. Enjoy amenities like a washer/dryer, garage and on-street parking, spacious dining room for 8, fully stocked kitchen, loft workspace, fast WiFi, and a 55" Smart TV. Our welcoming accommodation features a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating, a dining room, a cozy living room, a full bathroom, two bedrooms, and laundry facilities on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a workspace. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed with a crib in the master bedroom, queen beds in bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, and additional sleeping options such as an air mattress and couch in the living room. We also provide a pack n play, crib, and high chair for your convenience. Window air conditioning units are available in the dining area, one lower bedroom, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the home. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include 1-stall garage, in-unit laundry, fenced yard with Adirondack chairs, and grill with utensils. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).
