Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try. The space has tons of natural light and an extremely usable floor plan. From the huge historic fireplaces and the stately windows, to the redesigned bathrooms and interesting design finishes, this home is the perfect juxtaposition of old and new. The beds are large and expansive and the living areas are spacious and very usable. You will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, patio, deck, and one parking spot We have a property management team available at your request Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try. Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will tour you around all of Historic Downtown.
