We have owned this home since 2001. We love this quiet beachside neighborhood and have witnessed the complete renaissance of Asbury Park over the past 2 decades. Gorgeous Victorian. 10 min Walk To The Beach and Boardwalk. 4 Bedoorm Apt plus a 5th bdrm with sofa bed. Entire 2nd/3rd floors. Large rear deck for sunning on chaise lounges or el fresco dining with garden views. Gas BBQ. Entire 2nd/3rd floors. The spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, microwave, and a nook for dining. or a portable dining table for holiday occasions. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2-3 bedrooms on the third floor. 2 bathrooms with showers. WD unit in the apartment. Air conditioned with window units. Includes one large deck off the kitchen with an outdoor dining area and a smaller sky deck directly above, on the third floor. Flat-screen TV with streaming services. Free WiFI is available and four bikes for your use.

The revitalized Boardwalk offers great shopping, dining and views of one of the East Coast's most beautiful beaches. First developed in the 1880s as a resort town it boasts a plethora of spectacular Victorian homes. The beacon of the beachfront is the Beaux Arts style Convention Hall, which bestrides the Boardwalk at the northern end. Asbury Park launched Bruce Springsteen into the world, and has remained a music mecca with concerts in Convention Hall (capacity 4000) The Paramount Theater (Capacity 2500) and the legendary Stone Pony, all year round. The boardwalk is punctuated with shopping pavilions, a water park, mini golf, Paradise - at the Empress Hotel - the largest gay nightclub in New Jersey, and unique shopping downtown on Cookman Ave. NJ transit trains leave hourly from NY Penn station and arrive in Asbury Park in less than two hours. From the station you're just a 5 minute walk along Cookman Ave to dipping your toes in the Atlantic Ocean.
