This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Southern Shores home is the perfect blend of modern meets coastal charm. Surrounded by tall trees, The Cottage is located in a private cul-de-sac making it the ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of peak travel season. While Southern Shores does not have any public beach accesses, The Cottage provides a beach access parking pass to a private beach access just minutes away meaning you'll be able to play in the waves while avoiding the congestion of busy public accesses. With adequate parking space and room under the house for 2 vehicles, loading and unloading will be a breeze, even if it's raining. The home is also equipped with a Clipper Creek HCS-50, 40A L2 EVSE electric vehicle charging station. The best part of this house is that your favorite 4-legged pal will love running around the large fenced-in back yard and you'll enjoy sitting outside with him at the cozy firepit. An indoor laundry-area with washing machine and dryer completes the ground-level.
