Roami's Commitment to Cleanliness: We want our guests to have a safe, comfortable stay. All our housekeepers are full-time employees, not third-party contractors, allowing us to keep high standards and accountability. Each property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Guests are also provided with complimentary hand sanitizer, masks, and disinfecting wipes if they do not have their own. ID and Credit Card requirements upon check in: Valid identification and credit card used for the reservation are required at check-in. These must be presented at the Front Desk. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) Your room door code will only be activated once you have presented your credit card and identification at check-in.
