This lovely oceanfront townhouse is located in Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offering a picturesque view of the Atlantic with wonderful sunrises. Take a stroll along the beach or a relaxing dip in the pool. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living and dining areas, a washer and dryer, and a cable TV. The ocean-view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed and a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bath featuring a tub/shower combo. This suite's entrance is on the second level, with about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 located inside the unit. THINGS TO KNOW The homeowners are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. (Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club.) Resort amenities include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The amenity card fee is 112 dollars plus tax.
