A beautiful, luxury home on Lake Balboa that is perfect for a large family, golfing/sporting groups, reunions or just a getaway weekend. This home has undergone a complete renovation top to bottom. Downstairs features a large family room with foozeball tabl and HDTV. There is a queen bedroom on this level with a bathroom and the fourth bedroom has a two queen-sized beds. The third bathroom is downstairs and is adjacent to the family room and the fourth bedroom with two queen beds.. The family room opens up to a furnished deck with steps down to the stone patio and covered boat dock. WiFi throughout home with streaming HDTV and YouTubeTV for standard cable channels.
