“What a View” is what you say when you open your condo door. Ocean is straight ahead. Step out on the balcony. Take in the salt air. Sea smell Ocean breeze. Sit relax. Enjoy your breakfast with the sunrise — if you can get up out of the comfy king bed with an ocean view! . Then take a walk down the wooden safe walkway to the beach where soft white sand ocean waves waiting. (We have a cart/beach chairs/boogie boards/ umbrella/toys — stored in outside closet). Then come back take a swim in one of the 3 pools (One heated year rounds) All sparkling super clean. With many lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Or sit in the bubbling hot tub. Then maybe cook out dinner on the gas supplied grills. And of course the kitchen has all your grilling supplies. So come enjoy. Relax. It’s new to us. All remodeled. Clean fun beach deco so don’t forget to leave us a seashell and write in our guest book. There is also a binder of lots restaurants shops tours things to do. Parking below condo. One assigned space. One guest space. Pool bands left in condo. Keyless coded entry. Safe and comfortable. You will not want to leave. Just leave us a seashell and note in our guest book.
Welcome to our home away from home. We have refurbished redeco a beachy place and ready to rent out weekly monthly or a nice weekend away. Lori is a Fed Gov retiree. Byron a retired Safety Officer so we have lots of beach time We have two grown daughters who live in other away states. We are local. 1/2 hour from condo. So if you need anything. We can come by. We love the beach. Walking on the beach day or night is a treat. Even better we take our 4x4 and drive on the beach. You can park and walk up to condo and pool. Park and unload at the ocean. Year around!
Saint Augistine Beach Butler Beach Crecent Beach all out your back door. Walk down our wooden walk over the dunes with outside shower or 4x4 drive and park on a non crowded beach. (Free Sept to MY) Even ride bikes down the beach. Historic St Augistine right down A1A 10 miles. You cannot miss The Fountain of Youth. Pirate Museaum. The Fort! Cafes and shops all over the coblestown walking town. So many places to eat out. Play mini golf. Climb the Lighthouse. Swing over Aligators. Walk and drive on the most beautiful white sand beaches. Come enjoy a weekend. A week or a month! You will never be bored! Or just hang out at the condo. Covered shaded private balcony. Fresh sparkling pools. Our favorite is ....... come see our travel binder we made!
