Our private garden cottage room has a traditional design and features high ceilings to allow hot air to rise clear of the living space; this makes your room nice and cool even in the middle of summer. Suited with an ensuite bathroom, it gives you complete privacy. A shared space with other guests is a fully equipped kitchen and a charming lounge area in a separate roundhouse. Our place is ideal for extended or even overnight stays in comfort. The standard room sleeps two.
I am Hungarian, Married to Ben, a Tanzanian and have two daughters. I have lived in Tanzania since 1986, when my second daughter was born. Arusha has been our home ever since. I love it here and have enjoyed seeing the little town grow into a city. I was here when Arusha had its first supermarket. The place we have listed has been our home since 1987, and in 2008, my husband and I decided to build 12 self-contained cottages as the space was too ample for a family of 4. Since we started, I have enjoyed hosting guests here, as we would spend hours in the kitchen and garden with people from different nationalities. I have learned a lot from different cultures and enjoy every moment.
