Brand new, fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of the new gated residential development in Fumba town Zanzibar. A vacation or work from home spot with a view of the Indian Ocean from, high-speed Fiber Optic Internet, Smart TV, etc. A queen size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer & dryer combo just for you. We are 15 minutes away from Stone Town and 20 Minutes from all the major airports, 90 minutes from Nungwi, Kendwa, and Jambiani beaches.
This is a brand new, gated, modern, and secure residential development located in the southern part of Zanzibar called Fumba. - The community is far from tourist activities and it is surrounded by the villages of fishermen and farmers. We are 15 Minutes from the International Airport, 20 minutes from Stone Town, and 90 minutes from Nungwi or Jambiani beaches. - There are three restaurants in the complex serving different kinds of food. - The community has occasional evening events, movie nights, and farmers' markets on some weekends. - There is a commercial center that is fully operational with retail shops, a medical facility, and a food court. - The community is very diverse, with residents from more than 90 nationalities. - There is also a playground, where the kids can enjoy outdoor activities. - There is a walking path along the Indian Ocean, where you can walk, or bike while chatting with the fishermen from the village. - There is also an online store, Fumba Online Store, where you can order anything from meats, and vegetables to household essentials and they will deliver them to you. - There are also small groceries stores outside the complex, a 15 – 20 minutes walk.
