This is where the City meets nature. Centrally located on the edge of P.O.S. with easy access to major recreation hubs, like the city's Savannah, Botanical Gardens, Zoo & cultural performance halls. Also very near to commercial plazas, banks, supermarkets, diners, cafes & gyms. The condo is within a secure, gated residential development, set in undulating landscaping. It is a large enough property for exercise walks/jogging. It has a common pool area as well as a kids play area.
The host is a designer who uses the condo a few times per year. She is excited to share her place with visitors who are conscientious and value the quirks, nuances and excitement of visiting foreign or just alternate locations. The host will introduce herself to the guest upon arrival, after which the guest will have their autonomy. The host strives to be easily available for any queries on the accommodations and to offer advice on the local activities if needed.
This gated development is located on the lower section of Dibe road, less than 2 minutes off the major thoroughfare of 'Long Circular Road'. The property is ideally hidden from the busy road and is nestled on a gentle hilly site. It provides a real sense of getaway, yet being in very close proximity to the city action. A wide variety of food places and shopping areas, as well as gyms, church, and banks, are just some of the many conveniences within walking distance. As the property is set in undulating terrain, there is an uphill slope that leads to this condo, so driving is often preferred. However it is quite walkable. Some residents take advantage of the ideal location, by walking/jogging to the Savannah for exercise. The neighborhood is in close walking distance to a major Mall and to many of the city's amenities.
