the full staff was amazing always attentive especially Sedat at the front desk -he was always helpful with directions and guidance great human being -10 star for Sedat -very helpful and kind in all ways -best hotel ever and the restaurant on the 8th floor food was superb and the stuff during dinner time from Mustafa ,Eker and dear Aydin were always so kind and service +food was so good we felt welcomed and at home !the staff during breakfast were always smiling and 10 star service ..even the kind gentleman at the main entrance of the hotel ,always with kind words ...not enough words to express our stay was wonderful at Momento Golden Horn Hotel ,Istanbul.

Was given sea view room on a high floor and the view of the old town skyline across the Golden Horn did not disappoint. View can also be seen from top floor restaurant / breakfast buffet. Location was great - next to the Karakoy waterfront, tram ride away from Sultanahmet and Taksim Square. If you had the legs for it you can also walk up to Beyoglu instead of using the Tunel tramway, but you get rewarded with lots of fun stalls on the way up. Some people might find streets around the hotel slightly sketchy at night, but it's no different than any other big city in the west and is perfectly safe while you keep your wits about you like you normally would, anywhere. Staff were really helpful and contacted us ahead of arrival to help us easily organize airport transfers (for fee). Bed was hands down the comfiest one we had while travelling Turkiye.

The location is quite good, everything is in walking distance. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable with good pillows, it got a decent view. The choice of breakfast was nice, we stayed several days and everyday the food was different. The view you get from the breakfast restaurant is amazing, definitely worth it. You can buy a card for public transport literally next door.

We have already stayed at several hotels in Istanbul at the same area. This hotel is definitely the best in this location, so next time - this hotel for sure. The staff is really helpful . Sedat at the Front office seems to know everything about Istanbul and his advice is very efficient indeed. I also strongly recommend you to use a transfer service. We took a taxi at the airport and the trip was disappointing so we asked for the transfer at the reception. Serdar has quickly arranged the transfer which was just a little more expensive than a taxi but instead of an old small car with a smoking driver we've got a minivan with top service.

This is not the first time I've visited Istanbul and I stayed in different hotels on different parts of the city. Hotel Momento Golden Horn is really the best one! 1. Location: exceptional! Close to everything you need: bridge, ferry, tram and metro station, restaurants, fish market, shops and so on. 2. Service: I want to gratitude our personal manager Serdar! He is the best! We have the best room, the best view, he helps us with everything we need, all our questions were solved. So if your want relax and enjoy Serdar will be your magic assistant on this way. 3. Room: the size was enough to live for 1 week, it has working space, slippers, bathrobe, mini-bar, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. 4. Breakfast: its very comfortable for business people, to have breakfast in the morning here, because we do not have enough time to go somewhere in the morning. The variety of food was like in classic continental breakfast.

Fabulous view despite the big cement warehouse blocking it. But the position is so fabulous one still sees a brilliant panorama of Istanbul. And the view from the restaurant is spectacular. And charming staff.

I’ve been coming to Istanbul for over 15 years and it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Location is super convenient, walking distance or short taxi / tram / boat ride to all sites. Breakfast is exceptional. Excellent olives, cheeses …. The view from the rooftop restaurant is one of the best in town. The staff was super helpful and attentive. Harun at reception and Serken bellboy took great care of us on check in day, they stored our bags, offered us tea and even sent a what’s app message once the room was ready. Serdar looked after us on check out date. Everyone was super helpful, booked the upstairs restaurant for us to have dinner on our last night and arranged transfer to the airport. We really needed it after 3 days waking around Istanbul
