Located in Marmaris Çamlı district, “Villa LUFU” is used for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Çamlı is located at a very attractive location. Çamlı, located in the middle of Marmaris and the popular tourism centre,Akyaka, this place is well known for its green and unique sea. You can spend time in your own private villa, as well as visiting the world-famous Cleopatra island and its sandy beaches, visit the historical places on the island and taste delicious dishes at the NUUP Restaurant (https://www.nuup.com.tr/) or pick your own strawberries from the fields. You can go for a nature walk. If you wish, you can spend quality time in the restaurants and cafes on the edge of the Women's River in Akyaka, stop by the famous Akçapınar toaster, and take a short stroll in Gökçe village. Here, “Villa Lufu” is waiting for you for all this enjoyable holiday. FEATURES Let's check the features of Villa LUFU; Our villa is a duplex; * 1 acre of large, grassed, closed private garden with Orange and Pomegranate trees, * Private swimming pool for the villa, * Private children's swimming pool for the villa, * Private sunbathing area, *Private sitting area *Fire pit designed for cool evenings, * Barbecue facility, * Kitchen opening to the garden, * Winter garden opening to garden and fire pit, * Loft ceiling, *Semi-open kitchen, * and a shared toilet downstairs. In 2023, all landscaping and villa renovations were made, products such as sheets and pillows were renewed and kitchen equipment was renewed as well. Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250 kW) is included in the price. Extra cleaning fee is YTL 750 Damage deposit: A cash deposit of YTL 5.000 is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled.
It's a quiet place at the heart of nature. There are 500-600 meters to the sea, Gökova Gulf. By renting a public boat you can go to Cleopatra Island. You can make hiking near the creek, in the forest or at the mountain. You can bike also. There are some strawberry gardens in the village so you can pick strawberries and can buy organic eggs from the village. There is a very luxurious restaurant named NUUP also. You are too near to Akyaka, kitesurfing, and some other vacation places.
