It's a smart luxury house in the middle of the city by the seaside (excellent location, environment & rich neighborhood.) and 30 second walk to the tram stop. There are 4 big supermarkets next to the house (10 to 60 second walking, i also made a map with other shops written etc. you would need.) There is 1.000 Mbps Fiber internet (fastest as light) with Wifi6 modem, Turkcell Tv+ iptv with all its channels, smart 4k Ultra HD 65'' Tv, hot or cold drinking water machine. Last model of air conditioning, smart washing&dryer machine, smart dishwasher and Microwave/oven. Always have hot water and you could set the temperature how you would like. House is also full with my art works, i've tried to combine old and new so it gives an unique atmosphere to the house and made it more cozy. Great experience! Please feel free to ask anything else, i will respond soon as possible %100.

In the most decent and rich district of Izmir. If you would like to go somewhere, transportation is very easy to use and nearby to the house (30 second walking to the tram). You don't even need to drive a car, tram will be mostly do the trick. There is a very long and nice walking path and bike path by next to the sea also similar walking path in front of the house, everywhere is green and clean. For extra questions please contact with me, i'll be happy to answer. Tram, bus, taxi, metro. At in front of the house, there is a parking lot for 1 vehicle or there are free places to park on the street. 30 second walking to the tram stop and with tram you could literally go anywhere.
