The staff was very prompt in helping me with the breakfast prior to fasting hours and when the room was too warm. They were very helpful and hospitable. The view from our rooms was spectacular. We had the penthouse and it was exactly how it should be.

I love this place, it was just the right setting for us. The fact that everything we could have asked for was there, made it feel like a home away from home in a hotel. It's an apartment that comes with room, bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room, has a cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave a (full kitchen)! As well as a washing machine with a dryer, not to mention the view omg it's Breathtaking. The highlight for me is watching the sunset in the comfort of my home. All guests have access to a steam room, sauna, and gym. there is a supermarket on site that sells everything. But you have the choice of eating in or in their restaurant and also local coffee shops. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When I visit Istanbul again this is where I will stay.
